Privacy isn't a feature of Opal Orchid — it's the product. This policy explains what we collect and, more importantly, what we don't.

Browsing

• You can browse the entire site without an account.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
• When you reveal a phone number or submit a report we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. The raw IP is never stored.

Accounts

• Client accounts store only your email, display name and your saved favourites.
• Provider accounts additionally store the profile content you choose to publish.
• Verification photos and videos are stored in a private, encrypted bucket, are only viewable by moderation staff via expiring links, and are never published.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time. Profile deletion removes the public profile immediately and purges associated media.
