Safety is the foundation of Opal Orchid. These guidelines help keep everyone in our community safe.

For providers

• Always screen new clients. Trust your instincts — you never have to accept a booking.
• Tell a trusted person where you are. Consider a check-in system for every booking.
• Your phone number is only shown when a visitor deliberately taps "Show phone number" — and you can see how often that happens in your dashboard.
• We never publish your legal name, exact address or identity documents. Verification material stays private to our moderation team.
• If anyone pressures, threatens or attempts to extort you, contact us immediately and report it to police. Sex work is legal in most Australian jurisdictions and you are entitled to police protection.

For clients

• Always treat providers with respect — before, during and after.
• Respect boundaries and agreed services. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Look for the verified badge for confidence that photos are genuine.
• Never share a provider's details or photos elsewhere. Outing a sex worker can endanger them and may be a crime.

Report a concern

Every profile has a report button. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by our team — including any concern about fake photos, scams or someone who may be underage or coerced. We act on every report.
